Fresh Broccoli Salad


For the Salad
  • Broccoli Salad
  • 2 heads of fresh broccoli cut up in small florets
  • 1 pound bacon cut small – fried till crispy
  • 2 onions fresh – cut small
  • 1 cup walnuts (optional)
  • 1 cup white raisins (or to liking)
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp wine vinegar – per each head of broccoli

Easy Fruit Pizza



Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Easy Healthy Guacamole

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • juice from 1 lime or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt more or less to taste
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
