Ingredients
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 - 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello dissolved in 1 c. hot water
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 13x10 (or 15x10 pan for a thinner piece).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Glaze
- Mix together---
- ¼ c. (bottle) “real lemon”
- 1 ½ c. powdered sugar
Pour the glaze on the cake while it is hot and spread around.
