Post-Operative Rehab

Post-Operative Therapy = Therapy AFTER a surgical procedure.

Having surgery can be scary and the unknown is one of the most stressful parts about it! How will I feel? What will I be able to do? Will I need therapy? A Pre-Operative (pre-op) appointment at Atlas Therapy can help eliminate your fears and help you prepare for, and make the best of, life after surgery.

Post-Operative (post-op) therapy begins after your surgery and can begin anywhere from a few hours, to a few days, or even a few weeks depending on if there is immobilization. Therapy is a critical part of your recovery to assist with regaining strength and movement without re-injury and to return to your active daily living.
